Mini Support 

$450.00

Includes up to 10 hours per month and is designed for clients who:

  • Are first-time clients that would like to try out services without commitment.

  • Need a small amount of support.

  • Need support on smaller projects.

  • Have a one-time project.

Medium Support

$840.00

Includes up to 20 hours per month and is designed for clients who:

  • Need a small amount of regular support.

  • Are willing to commit to a retainer contract to reserve their time.

Regular Support

$1600.00

Includes up to 40 hours per month and is designed for clients who:

  • Need a larger amount of regular support.

  • Are willing to commit to a retainer contract to reserve their time.

Welcome! My name is Robin I am the owner of Sparkle Admin Services, located on the Sunshine Coast of BC. 


As an administrative professional for over 20 years, I have supported many executives, entrepreneurs and boards. My experience was crafted in a wide variety of roles and industries including consumer arbitration, non-profit, media publishing, automotive, financial, environmental event planning, retail and wholesale.

FAQ

Can you help me with Social Media?

A little bit. While I am able to research content, update your blog and schedule your social media posts for you, my background does not include marketing so therefore I am not a able to develop a social media strategy.  If you are looking to increase your following or have someone manage your accounts, you would need to look for a Social Media Strategist or Community Manager.

Do we have to be located in the same area to work together?

We work together remotely online and all of our communications will be via telephone, email or online meetings so it doesn't matter where in Canada that you are located.

What is the benefit of working with you vs. hiring an employee?

Since I am a Contractor and not an employee, you pay for only what you need, instead of the expenses associated with having an employee such as payroll/benefits/taxes, sick days, office equipment & supplies, software, additional liability insurance, etc. Further, as a business owner myself, I am personally committed to help you flourish because when you succeed, I do as well so it's a win/win situation for both parties.

Do you work by contract?

Yes my work is by retainer contract and I offer 3 types of packages depending on the amount of help that you need.  The reason that I do this is to ensure that my clients have their time reserved on my calendar. All contracts are payable in advance before work commences.
